This Parks is a newer community located on the north side of Petrovitsky Road just past Northwood Junior High.

Homes in this development were built in the late 1990s through early 2000 and is governed by a homeowners association.

Fairwood, a friendly bedroom community is a short commute to a variety of Puget Sound locations, including a 30-45 minute commute to Downtown Seattle.
